May 14 - Grant Schneider - Assessment Testing

Overview

Regardless of the FDA’s inability to deliver final Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) rules within the expected timeline, final rules are in the making. The FDA has openly declared that implementation of FSMA rules is the responsibility of each supply chain member. Those companies choosing not keep on top of Food Safety Modernization Act rules will continue to expose themselves to ever increasing enforcement actions by the FDA and the governmental agencies they work with.

Will the final rules be much different from the initial proposed rules? When should you begin to move towards implementation?

The FDA is in the process of finalizing food safety ruled designed to impact every piece of the food supply chain. From facility registration, through farms, distribution, processing, packing, and food transportation, every person in every job related to food will be challenged to plan for and implement new practices and procedures that will bring their company into compliance.

This 1 hour webinar is designed as the 2015 lead training to bring you and your key employees up to date on the status of rule finalization and expected compliance schedules.
